These mussels both look and taste spectacular. Presented in the characteristic green edged half shell, they can be cooked by baking, steaming, frying or grilling.
Greenshell mussels are grown in the cold and crystal clear waters of New Zealand's remote bays. The mussels grow for 2 years on ropes before they are harvested, blanched and individually quick frozen.
